Erosion control for new stairs
Long weekend with Lorraine. Got to property around noon; immediately worked on more Envirolok bagging of the stairs. Took a swim, what would be the last one of the year.
Friday was a day in LaCrosse, our old stomping grounds.
Saturday was a work day, with the primary focus on more bagging of the stairs. Have a bit more to do, but it is close to being done for the season. Did final mowing of the fire lane, trail back and ridge trail. Tried to go for a swim, but with a few nights with temps in the forties, the water had cooled at least ten degrees; I was only able to get in up to my knees. I felt like Lance (see early June of 2013).
Headed home on Sunday, in the rain, which was much-needed.
